Property Manager in Charge
Belinda Daniels is the Property Manager in Charge for Roadstead Management, LLC. She has management experience in an array of different service industries. Belinda began her management career in 1994 in the restaurant industry while attending Francis Marion University. Belinda has the experience of running a business and understands the importance of customer service.
In 1999, after moving back to Charleston, she began managing mobile home communities, portable storage units and self-storage mini-warehouses. In 2002 she was awarded Manufactured Housings’ “Community of the Year” for the state of South Carolina. In 2003, Belinda became an Accredited Community Manager by the Manufactured Housing Institute, completing the 5 year minimum experience requirement and the pre-requisite courses. Belinda was invited to assist in starting up a local Charleston real estate firm. Just after the opening she learned she was having a child and took several years off to raise her son.
In 2009, Belinda started working with AgentOwned Realty Premiere Group as their Property Manager. Helping to grow their Portfolio to over 500 homes she was promoted to their Property Manager in Charge. Belinda’s attention to detail, experience in customer service; coupled with her management and accounting experience provides the tools which enable her to understand what our clients are looking for before they know to ask for it. Belinda resides in Ladson with her husband and two children.
