When chosen as a property management company, Roadstead conducts a thorough analysis of the property's maintenance and billing history to look for reoccurring issues or other patterns of concern. We examine historical lease and financial information in order to effectively forecast cash flow for our clients so there are no surprises along the way. Monthly Detailed Reporting
In addition to on‐site analysis and regular property inspections, accurate and timely reporting is something we take very seriously. Each property report is specifically catered to our clients' needs and carefully reviewed each month by our Director of Property Management.
24/7 Emergency Calls
We take pride in our preventive maintenance and inspections; however, we understand the necessity of preparedness when unexpected issues or emergencies arise. Roadstead promptly handles all tenant calls, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each tenant is given a single point of contact who knows their building and can effectively respond to their needs. We are also prepared in the event of an emergency such as a hurricane or fire, with detailed evacuation and recovery procedures for each property.
