Bryan Delgado began working at Roadstead Real Estate Advisors in 2016 after working for several commercial real estate related firms in the state. Having grown up in Charleston and Virginia, Bryan’s family is rooted in the Lowcountry, giving him a beneficial, long-term knowledge of the region. He attended the College of Charleston, graduating with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication with a focus in marketing and advertising. While working at Edens, a well-known retail developer in Columbia, South Carolina, Bryan realized his passion for and drive to become a commercial agent. From there, he went on to work as a Project Engineer for MDA Construction where he gained extensive knowledge of commercial development and construction. His time with Roadstead Real Estate Advisors has proven his ability to create value for clients through leasing, investment sales, site selection, 1031 Tax Exchange transactions, and asset dispositions. Bryan’s ability to network and his awareness of the business landscape in Charleston has placed him in a solid position with Roadstead, and has been a top producer for multiple years. Bryan enjoys fishing, reading, sports, live music, and spending time with family.
